I'm Kassidy — a mother, a daughter, and an NASM-certified personal trainer based out of 365 Fitness in Conway, Arkansas. I train clients in person at the gym, and I run KASSFLOW Fitness for women anywhere who want a real coach in their corner.
I'm not the trainer who's going to scream at you, shame you about a cookie, or sell you the same cookie-cutter "shred program" I sent to 200 other women last quarter. I have a daughter watching me — so I coach the way I want her to one day talk to herself: with discipline, with grace, and with goals she can actually hit.
