About Your Coach

I'm the trainer who
actually shows up.

I'm Kassidy — a mother, a daughter, and an NASM-certified personal trainer based out of 365 Fitness in Conway, Arkansas. I train clients in person at the gym, and I run KASSFLOW Fitness for women anywhere who want a real coach in their corner.

I'm not the trainer who's going to scream at you, shame you about a cookie, or sell you the same cookie-cutter "shred program" I sent to 200 other women last quarter. I have a daughter watching me — so I coach the way I want her to one day talk to herself: with discipline, with grace, and with goals she can actually hit.

I compete at the national level in NPC Midwest bikini — not because everyone should chase a stage, but because I believe in living what I prescribe. If I'm telling you the work matters, I'd better be doing the work too.

No. I'm an NASM-certified personal trainer, not a registered dietitian. The diet and supplementation guidance I give you in KASSFLOW is educational — based on NASM nutrition coursework and years of doing this myself. It is not medical or clinical nutrition advice. If you have a medical condition that requires clinical nutrition care, I'll refer you to one and we'll work alongside them.
For in-person 1:1 sessions, yes — you'll need a 365 Fitness membership since that's where I coach. For KASSFLOW and custom plans, no — you can be anywhere with any gym (or no gym at all). I'll write your program around what you actually have access to.
Welcome — this is exactly the right place. KASSFLOW scales to any level. I'll meet you where you are and teach you the basics on our weekly calls. The clients who get the biggest results are usually the ones who started from scratch and stayed consistent for 6+ months.
Realistic timeline: you'll feel stronger in 2–3 weeks, you'll start seeing visible changes around 8–12 weeks, and the kind of long-term transformation that actually sticks usually takes 6–12 months of consistency. Anyone promising you a "30-day transformation" is either lying to you or selling you something that won't last.
Because the program isn't an app. I'm personally writing your programs, getting on video calls with you every week, and reading every message. I can't do that well for 50 women at once, so I do it well for 5. When a spot opens up, I open enrollment. When they're full, they're full.
